Returns Policy 

A full refund or credit will be given for any goods returned to our warehouse in their original packaging, unused, and within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs in both directions are not refundable. 

If the goods you purchase are faulty we will replace these goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 10 days of the date of purchase.

Reimbursement for shipping costs will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping costs. After 10 days of purchase date returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturers’ warranty.

Privacy and Payment 

We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment options. Credit Card details are not stored anywhere on our servers or in our systems. Your details are processed by DPS New Zealand’s largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. We will not disclose or sell your customer details to any third party ever. The Port Boutique will email you details of promotions, specials and new products we are expecting into our shop that might be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of this service, please email us and let us know.

Stock Availability

If for any reason we cannot supply your chosen item immediately or if a product is sold out, we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the next availability, or discuss an alternative product. If this is not satisfactory to you a full refund will be given.

Delivery 

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. In New Zealand all deliveries are sent with Courier Post couriers. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Please ensure a proper delivery address is given, as we are unable to send a delivery to a Post Office Box.

When your purchase is despatched we will email you with a Courier Post tracking number so you can track your package in transit. Please allow up to three working days for delivery.

For international customers we use Courier Post couriers’ international economy service with an estimated delivery time of two - six working days. A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure a proper delivery address is given, we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box.

General Information 

All prices are quoted in NZ$ and include GST of 15% 

International customers will be charged in NZ$ at the exchange rate current at the time of purchase. 

The Port Boutique is not liable for any import taxes and/or import duties that may apply to the delivery of your order. 

While every effort is made to ensure that the images are as true to colour as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match due to variations in web browser colours. 

All products and services offered on this site are subject to New Zealand laws and by purchasing from this site you acknowledge you are liable to these laws.
