Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping your order:

As soon as you place your order, we get notified and jump into action.  If your order is placed before 3pm on any week day, we'll have it picked up same-day by Fastway Couriers for overnight delivery in the North Island, and 1-2 day delivery in the South Island. If your order is being shipped to a rural address, please allow an extra day for delivery.

All orders over $50 will be shipped free of charge.  For any order under $50, a $7.50 freight charge will apply to your order.

Returns Policy:

We always hope customers will be thrilled with their purchase, but if that isn't the case, for example the size is wrong, we're happy to exchange or provide a store credit.  Any items may be returned provided they are unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, with proof of purchase and within 14 days of your order.   

If you would like to return an item, please email us at sales@theportboutique.co.nz or give us a call on 07 855 3201 to let us know something is on it's way to us.  Any costs for return shipping will need to be covered by yourself, and since we all like to know where our packages are, we recommend using a service that can be 'tracked' - eg: courier.

Any items brought on 'sale' or 'discount' are considered final. They cannot be returned/exchanged or given a store credit for. So please consider these items carefully before purchasing :)

If by chance, your purchase is delivered to you damaged or faulty in any way, please call us immediately and we'll get it sorted for you.
